Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our booths require an 8×8 ft space and access to a standard power outlet within 8 feet. The exception is our Roaming Booth, which doesn’t need any designated space or power — our attendants carry a portable power pack and move around your event capturing fun moments.

At this time, we do not accept outdoor events. All our booths are designed for indoor use to ensure optimal lighting and performance.

Unlimited! Every guest gets a print. If 15 people fit into one photo, that’s 15 prints — we make sure everyone leaves with a keepsake.

Our high-resolution printers produce beautiful photos in under 8 seconds.

Absolutely! Our booths are user-friendly for guests of all ages. Guests can see themselves in real-time on the touchscreen and follow simple on-screen prompts. A timer counts down before each photo or video, and after the session, guests can enter their phone number to receive digital copies instantly (Wi-Fi required).

Yes! With Wi-Fi, guests receive their photos immediately. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, photos can still be sent after the event via our office.

Unlike traditional enclosed booths, open-air booths have no walls. Guests stand in front of a 7 ft wide backdrop with ample space between the camera and backdrop — perfect for group photos and energetic party shots. Open-air booths create a fun, lively atmosphere and let everyone see the action as it happens.

We serve events within 10 miles of our main office with no travel fee. For locations farther away, travel fees may apply. Contact us to confirm details for your event.

Yes! Our Prime Booth includes a full-time attendant from setup to teardown. For Social Booths, attendants can be added depending on your event needs. Attendants ensure smooth operation and help guests enjoy the experience to the fullest.

We provide a variety of fun, trendy props, including oversized sunglasses, boas, signs, headbands, and more. Occasionally, we include special props to surprise your guests!

Every booth rental comes with a customized photo template tailored to your event. Choose colors, fonts, borders, and text — our designers create a template that makes your photos stand out.

Booking is easy! Call us or fill out our online quote form. A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your booth, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Need to change your date? Contact us as soon as possible — we’re happy to help (depending on availability).

Yes! We carry $1 million in liability insurance and can add your venue as additional insured upon request.
